K-BALLET TOKYOでは、来年もふたつの新作発表を予定しており、クリエーションに携われるというダンサーとしてかけがえのない機会を提供しています。
メディアにおける露出も多く、様々な方法で踊りを観ていただける豊富な機会を生かしながら研鑽し、キャリアを築きたいという高い志のある方、感動をお贈りしたいという情熱を持つ皆様のご応募をお待ちしております。
また、2023年からスタートしたK-BALLET プレ・プロフェッショナルコースは、“生徒からプロへのブリッジ”として、カンパニーのリハーサル（キャスティングされた場合）や蔵健太率いるKバレエ アカデミーの様々なクラスを受講でき、プロと生徒の学びを両立し、プロへなるための各々の弱点を克服することを目指しています。これまでプレプロコースの生徒はシーズンを通してほぼ全作品で舞台に出演する機会があります。プレプロコースの生徒は国内外のバレエ団に就職する支援を受けることができ、昨年はKバレエにも5名入団しております。

K-BALLET TOKYO 2026-2027 新規団員オーディション＜要項＞
■募集要項
バレエダンサー男女 若干名
※コール・ド・バレエ〜ソリストまで各ランク
※入団時期は2026年7～9月を基本としますが、個別相談可能です。
■応募条件
・バレエダンサーとしてプロフェッショナルなレベルを有する方
・身長：男性170㎝以上／女性160㎝以上希望
・K-BALLET TOKYOのリハーサルスタジオ（文京区小石川）に通勤が可能な方
■報酬・待遇
・毎月の固定給
・全女性ダンサーにポワントを支給（ランク毎の規定による）
・地方公演の場合は日当・宿泊・移動費支給
・舞台期間中のトレーナーによる施術あり
※正社員ダンサーあり。正社員となる場合は社保、厚生年金完備。

K-BALLET TOKYO is planning to announce two new works next year and offers an irreplaceable opportunity for dancers to be involved in the creation process. We are often featured in the media and provide abundant opportunities for dancers to perform in various ways. We welcome applications from those with high aspirations to cultivate their careers while utilizing these opportunities to hone their skills, and those with a passion for delivering inspiration and excitement to our audiences.
n addition, the K-BALLET Pre-Professional Course, which started in 2023, is a “bridge from student to professional.” This program allows students to participate in company rehearsals (if cast) and various classes at the K-BALLET Academy led by Kenta Kura, aiming to balance professional and student learning and overcome each individual's weaknesses on the path to becoming a professional. Students in the Pre-Professional Course have had the opportunity to perform on stage in almost all K-BALLET TOKYO productions throughout the season. Pre-Professional Course students can receive support for finding employment with domestic and international ballet companies, and last year, 5 students joined K-BALLET.

K-BALLET TOKYO 2026-2027 New Company Member Audition <Guidelines>
■We are searching for several male and female ballet dancers.
※For each rank from Corps de Ballet to Soloists.
※Contracts will generally begin between July 2026 and September 2026, but maybe shifted upon further discussion.
■Requirements
・Has a professional level of ballet technique.
・Ideal Height: Men above 170 cm / Women above 160 cm
・Available to work at the rehearsal studios of K-BALLET TOKYO in Tokyo, Japan.
■Contract
・A monthly salary
・Pointe shoes will be supplied to all female dancers(the number per season will be based on rank)
・Per Diem, accommodation and transportation fees when on tour
・Physical trainer(physio) available on site during performances.
※Full time contracts will be available. Under a full time contract, dancers will receive social security(including health insurance) and public pension.
