K-BALLET TOKYOは創立25周年を迎えました。
本年は新作『マーメイド』17回公演をはじめ、『ジゼル』7回公演、『カルミナ・ブラーナ』3回公演、『ラ・バヤデール』6回公演、『くるみ割り人形』11回公演など多くの作品で全日満場のお客様にご来場いただき、公演を開催させていただきました。
25周年の最終イヤーである来シーズンでも引き続き、新作『パリの炎』を含む、多彩な全幕レパートリーを上演予定です。
K-BALLET TOKYOでは、毎年のように上演される全幕規模の新作の一員になれるという、ダンサーとしてかけがえのない機会を提供しています。
メディアにおける露出も多く、様々な方法で踊りを観ていただける豊富な機会を生かしながら研鑽し、キャリアを築きたいという高い志のある方、感動をお贈りしたいという情熱を持つ皆様のご応募をお待ちしております。
また、昨年からスタートしたK-BALLETプレ・プロフェッショナルコースは、“生徒からプロへのブリッジ”として、カンパニーのリハーサル（キャスティングされた場合）や蔵健太率いるKバレエアカデミーの様々なクラスを受講でき、プロと生徒の学びを両立し、プロへなるための各々の弱点を克服することを目指しています。これまでプレプロコースの生徒は『マーメイド』『くるみ割り人形』などで実際に舞台にたっています。

K-BALLET TOKYO 2025-2026新規団員オーディション＜要項＞
■募集要項
バレエダンサー男女 若干名
※コール・ド・バレエ〜ソリストまで各ランク
※入団時期は2025年7～9月を基本としますが、個別相談可能です。
■応募条件
・バレエダンサーとしてプロフェッショナルなレベルを有する方
・身長：男性170㎝以上／女性160㎝以上希望
・K-BALLET TOKYOのリハーサルスタジオ（文京区小石川）に通勤が可能な方
■報酬・待遇
・毎月の固定給
・全女性ダンサーにポワントを支給（ランク毎の規定による）
・地方公演の場合は日当・宿泊・移動費支給
・舞台期間中のトレーナーによる施術あり
※正社員ダンサーあり。正社員となる場合は社保、厚生年金完備。

〈English〉
It has been 25 years since the founding of K-BALLET TOKYO.
This past year, we presented a brand new grand ballet "Mermaid" 17 times to a roaring audience, alongside a plethora of repertoire such as "Giselle", "Carmina Burana", "La Bayadere" and "The Nutcracker" all to a mostly sold out audiences.
As the final year of our Silver Jubilee approaches, we will continue to present a new full length ballet, including “Flame of Paris” on top of the variety of full length repertoire.
At K-BALLET TOKYO, we offer an irreplaceable experience to our dancers to become a member of a new full act creation consistently throughout the seasons. The company is covered often by the media and takes pride in offering ballet through multiple mediums. We look forward to hearing from those who are passionate about building their careers and delivering excitement to our audiences.
In addition, the K-BALLET Pre-Professional Course, which started last year, is a bridge from student to professional, and allows students to attend company rehearsals (if cast) and various classes at the K-Ballet Academy led by Kenta Kura, aiming to balance professional and student learning and overcome each student's weaknesses in order to become a professional. Students in the Pre-Professional Course have actually performed on stage in productions such as "The Mermaid" and "The Nutcracker". K-BALLET TOKYO 2025-2026 Company Audition〈Guidelines〉
■We are searching for several male and female ballet dancers.
※For each rank from Corps de Ballet to Soloists.
※Contracts will generally begin between July 2025 and September 2025, but maybe shifted upon further discussion.
■Requirements
・Has a professional level of ballet technique.
・Ideal Height: Men above 170 cm / Women above 160 cm
・Available to work at the rehearsal studios of K-BALLET TOKYO in Tokyo, Japan.
■Contract
・A monthly salary
・Pointe shoes will be supplied to all female dancers(the number per season will be based on rank)
・Per Diem, accommodation and transportation fees when on tour
・Physical trainer(physio) available on site during performances.
※Full time contracts will be available. Under a full time contract, dancers will receive social security(including health insurance) and public pension.
